Shipping
All orders for ground shipping service will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Expedite orders such as 3 day, 2nd day, or next day delivery service are usually shipped within 24 hours if the order was placed before 10:00AM pacific standard time. If for any reason your order can not be shipped, you will be contacted through phone or email immediately. Please leave your day time phone number as primary contact when you check out your order.
Returns
We understand that shopping online is as convenient as clicking your mouse. However, it could be really hassle and costly when you need to return something. For that reason, we suggest you to make sure the merchandise is really what you need before placing the order. As some merchandise can not be returned if marked as "Non-returnable" product.
For returnable products, you must first request an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number and ship the merchandise back as instructed in the email within 7 business days before this RMA expires. The following is our return policy so please read carefully .
1. If order is within 30 days from the date you placed your order. 45 days if order was a back order.
2. Merchandise must not be used or abused, all parts and original packaging must be in tact and please make sure it will not be shifted and scratched in transit when shipping back to us.
3. Returned merchandise must be in good and resellable condition, if merchandise you ordered can not be used and you request an RMA to return within 7 days from the day you receive the package, we will waive the retocking fee for you. Otherwise, there will be a 25% restocking fee imposed to your return and the amount will be deducted from your return credit.
4. Customer will have to pay to ship back the return package and all shipping cost, including the original order will not be credited.
5. If package comes to you with any sign of damage, please refuse to accept the package so it can be route back to us. If the damaged package was delivered without your present. Please notify the carrier immediately (within 3 business days) and get a case number from them, then pass this information to us so we can claim for the loss on your behalf. If you need the merchandise to ship to you while your case is being investigate by the carrier, you will need to place as a new order and pay for it again.
6. When we provide an RMA to customer, we will also email a clear instruction of how and where to ship back to and when to expect credit for the return.
Credit or Refund
It may take up to 5 business days to get a credit memo from our RMA department in order to issue credit for your return. Although, most returns are credited with a refund to original payment method. There may be time when we can only give you store credit or even deny to give credit if the return did not meet conditions stated above, or the claim is fraudulent. This decision is made by our well trained RMA personel who inspect the returned merchandise and determine whether it is as customer's claim, whether the merchandise has been used, abused or whether it was defective at the first place.
